We sell our VALENCIA Sopaipilla Mix in 25 lbs. “Red and White” foodservice bags in New Mexico through Labatt, Ben E. Keith, Sysco and US Foods. VALENCIA Brand Mixes are made from scratch at our family flour mill with locally-grown Southwestern grain and only three other baking ingredients in a “clean label” without multi-syllable chemical compound names! If we can’t pronounce it, we won’t include it...Our products are known for flavor from the grain itself, not from unhealthy oils or salt.
